Kōzō Shioya (塩屋 浩三, born on 18 August 1955) is a Japanese voice actor who was affiliated with Aoni Production[1] and provided voices for Thomas & Friends from the first to seventh series.
He is most famous for voicing Majin Buu, Super Buu, Kid Buu, and Evil Buu in the "Dragon Ball" series. He also voices David March from "Little Women", Genzo from "One Piece" Mr. Kurisuke from "Soreike! Anpanman", and Gonzo from "The Muppets".
