Kenji's Coaches are a set of Shinkansen coaches pulled by Kenji.
Technical Details[]
Basis[]
The coaches are based on those used by the 0 Series Shinkansen, built between 1964 and 1986. Much like Kenji himself, his coaches have buffers and a tail lamp for work on Sodor. 36-84, 16-2034 and 37-2523 are other member of this class.
Livery[]
The coaches are painted dark blue with a pale blue door and grey wheels. In Diesel's Dilemma, one of Kenji's coaches appears with red skirts and pale blue stripes along the sides matching the doors, and this coach reappeared in Cronk's Crossing Conundrum coupled to a duplicate. In Details? What Details? a further four coaches appear with black skirts; two have blue stripes, while two have yellow stripes.
Appearances[]
Trivia[]
- Despite having a different livery in All Engines Go, Kenji's Push Along toy comes with the coach in its original matching livery from Thomas & Friends.
- Kenji's coaches have also been pulled by Thomas, Kana, Diesel and Henry.
