Kentarō Hayami (速水 けんたろう), born Atsuo Tanimoto (谷本 敦雄, born on 2 January 1962 in Fukuyama, Hiroshima) is a Japanese voice actor and singer who provided a voice for the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends. He appears to have left the voice cast, as Captain is now voiced by Hidenari Ugaki.
He is best known for voicing Yahagi from "Bakuman".
