King Orry's Bridge crosses the Hawin Ab, to the south of Peel Godred. It was built during the Middle Ages and named after Godred MacHarold, known in Sudrian legend as "King Orry" and won a famous victory nearby. These days, road traffic uses a bridge alongside.

The Mid Sodor Railway built its top station here after abandoning plans to build a station in Peel Godred.
