Kiyonobu Suzuki (鈴木 清信, born on 20 November 1950 in Niigata Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese voice actor who was affiliated with 81 Produce and voices characters in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is best known for voicing Masahiro Hatomura from "Paranoia Agent", Gengar from "Pokémon", Marvin from "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" film, Hayato Kobayashi from "Mobile Suit Gundam", Lobos from "Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage", Schreider from "Master Keaton" and Baxter Stockman from the original "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles".
