Knapford Iron Bridge

Main Page

Knapford Iron Bridge is a large bridge located just south of Knapford, crossing over the Main Line. There is a small yard underneath the bridge and a small platform where goods are unloaded. There is also a small recharging station here, where Stafford can charge his battery.

From the sixteenth series onwards, the ballast on top of the bridge is removed.
In Welcome Stafford!, a wooden platform is seen near the bridge. This is not present in any other episode.
