Kumiko Higa (比嘉 久美子, born on 29th October 1978 in Osaka Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actress, who was affiliated with 81 Produce and voiced characters in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends.
She is most famous for voicing Prince Lumen from "Spider Riders", Brash from "Live On Cardliver Kakeru", Irina Woods from "My-Otome", Eiji Saga from "Cardfight!! Vanguard", Lin Haruka, Shō, and Shou Ashigawa from "Machine Robo Rescue", Satoinu/Boartato from "Jagainu-kun", Kayoko Mashiro from "Bakuman", Minun from the "Pokémon" series, Lan Hikari from "Rockman.EXE", Mandora Boy from "Mahou Sentai Magiranger". and Scooch from "Jim Henson's Construction Site"
