Kyousei Tsukui (津久井 教生, born on 27 March 1961) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with 81 Produce, who voiced characters in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is most famous for the voice of NyanChu. His other roles include Sharo-kun from "Soreike! Anpanman" and Acer from "Cars 2".
He retired from voice acting in 2023 after losing his voice due to ALS.
