Lucy Montgomery (born on 24 January 1975 in Epsom, Surrey, England, UK) is an English comedian, actress and writer best known for her radio and television work. She joined the voice cast in Journey Beyond Sodor . She provided voices for both English dubs of Thomas & Friends .
She also voiced Mayor Maria Madison, Shifter (UK dub voices), and Jenny Dobbs of "Bob the Builder" in 2015 and also Hennie, Chew Chew, Tag and Norrie's Granmothers of "Hey Duggee.
