Masato Hirano (平野 正人, born 16 November 1955 in Iwate, Japan) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Aoni Production, who provided voices in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is best known for voicing Ippon-Matsu from "One Piece", Piano from "Dragon Ball", Cai Moru from "Guin Saga", Zolf from "The Slayers", Hydra Ichi and Sea Serpent from "Saint Seiya", and The Fury from "Metal Gear Sold 3: Snake Eater".
