Mayra Arellano (born 25th October 1977) is a Mexican voice actress who provided a voice in the Latin American narration of Thomas & Friends.
She is best known for voicing Lil from "Rugrats", Officer Jenny in "Pokémon", Temari from "Naruto", Ashley Hammond from "Power Rangers", Rebecca Hopkins from "Yu-Gi-Oh!", Corrector Haruna from "Corrector Yui" and Mammoth Mutt from "Krypto the Superdog".
