  • This is the first piece of All Engines Go media to refer to Edward and Henry (not counting being mentioned by Motorized Talking Percy) by name.
  • The prototype front cover features Farona instead of Gordon; the latter's more prominent role in All Engines Go may be the reasoning behind the switch.
  • Whiff's page quotes his introductory line from his debut in the original television series in the eleventh series episode Emily's Rubbish.

Goofs

  • The book's description incorrectly states Kana is the first electric engine on Sodor.
  • The book misidentifies Kana's skirt as a bufferbeam.
  • The book incorrectly states that Farona and Frederico are from the Mainland rather than Spain.
  • Henry's wheels are not correctly aligned with the rails.
  • On the back cover, James, Hiro, Ashima and Bruno's wheels are all not correctly aligned with the rails.
  • On the Lookout Mountain page, part of Kana is missing.
