In the Wooden Railway range, the cement mixer is painted maroon with black wheels. Its drum is painted yellow with black hazard stripes around the middle and "SODOR" written at one end in black lettering.

In the Take-n-Play range, the cement mixer is painted blue with black wheels. Its running board is orange with black hazard stripes along the sides. Its drum is painted yellow with black hazard stripes around the middle and "SODOR CEMENT" written at one end in black lettering.

Diesel 10's Trucks are painted in a matching yellow ochre colour to him with a black chassis. They have tan bracing. Unlike Lady's Trucks however,Diesel 10's Trucks have plain black buffers.

Splatter and Dodge's Trucks are Troublesome Trucks coloured to match Splatter and Dodge.

Cargo Cranes[]

Cargo Cranes are rail-based cranes used for unloading goods. There are two of these cranes: one used by Sodor Ice Delivery, and the other by the Sodor Shipping Company.

The cargo cranes are based on a Cowans Sheldon 30 ton breakdown crane with two additional smokestacks behind the cab.

Liveries[]

The Sodor Ice Delivery crane is painted white with a blue chassis and black wheels. Its roof and smokestacks are painted silver. There is a small yellow label reading "CAUTION" underneath the crane arm, as well as a section with yellow and black hazard stripes behind the cab. The words "SODOR ICE DELIVERY" are painted along the sides of the chassis on both sides in dark blue with a white outline.

The Sodor Shipping Company crane is painted dark green with black smokestacks and wheels. It chassis is painted with yellow and black hazard stripes, with its number (81978) at the front of each side. The words "SODOR SHIPPING CO." are painted on the sides of its match wagon in black and the ends in white. Its crane arm is grey.

The Ice Delivery Cars keeps the Island of Sodor cool and refreshed. First, the Ice Cargo Car helps the trains move frozen cargo around the Island. Then, the Ice Crane unloads the icy freight at its final destination.

At Brendam Docks, Salty is working hard pulling special cars for the Sodor Shipping Company. They are very useful cars for a very useful engine!

  • The two smokestacks on the back of the cranes are made of die-cast metal to keep the cranes upright when their arms are extended.

The Fire Train[]

The Fire Train is a breakdown crane converted to help put out fires.

The fire train is based on a Cowans Sheldon 30 ton breakdown crane with an added water cannon in place of the crane arm.

Livery[]

The fire train is painted red with yellow window frames. The words "SODOR FIRE DEPT. NO. 36" are written on each side in yellow lettering with a black drop shadow.

Trivia[]

  • The hose on the fire engine that the fire train comes with is detachable and can be attached to the fire train itself.
  • The 2006 iterations of the fire station, fire truck, and fire train were recalled for lead paint in 2007.
