Michael E. Rodgers (born 8 May 1969) is a Scottish actor who currently lives in Los Angeles, California, USA. He played the role of Junior in Thomas and the Magic Railroad. He is best known for appearing in various television shows and movies, such as "Bones", "Gia", "CSI: Miami", "Mysterious Ways", "Veronica Mars" and "The Patriot". He is also known for voicing Gabranth in the "Final Fantasy" game series.

- Junior was originally intended to be English in the original script of the film. After Rodgers was cast for the role, Junior's nationality was changed to Scottish to reflect his heritage.
- According to Mara Wilson, Britt Allcroft took Rodgers out to dinner as an apology for cutting the "Sundae Surprise" deleted scene where Junior gets covered in chocolate ice cream.
