Mikiko Adachi (Japanese: 安達みき子) is a former producer for Fuji Television. She co-produced Hello Thomas and James with Yukihiro Itō and Yoshihiro Horiuchi. She also appeared in The Thomas the Tank Engine Man (Bookmark Documentary).
