The First Station[]

The First Station is a located between Tidmouth and Knapford. James and Edward once overran the platform here. The station was later retconned out of the series, and as such does not appear on any maps of the Island of Sodor.

Trivia[]

In the Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends television series adaptation of the story, the station was replaced by Dryaw.
- Additionally, the television series-exclusive station of Lower Tidmouth shares this station's placement.

The Endcover Station[]

The Endcover Station is a Main Line station which appears in the endcovers of later editions of books in The Railway Series. The original illustration of it was created by John T. Kenney and later re-illustrated by Clive Spong. There is no information about this station, though it is likely intended to represent one of the existing stations on the Main Line.

Trivia[]

In Thomas & Friends material, the station was featured as the end covers for the My Thomas Story Library and Engine Adventures books. It also appeared in Storytime with Mr. Evans and the De Agostini magazines.
