Naoki Kinoshita (木下尚紀, born October 1st, 1969) is a Japanese voice actor who provided voices for the Japanese version of Thomas & Friends.
He is best known for voicing Bunshuu from "Ikki Tousen: Dragon Dynasty" and Zhang Liao from "Dynasty Warriors 2".
