Neil Donell (born 23 May 1956 in Montreal, Canada) is a Canadian singer who performed the song Shining Time with Maren Ord. He also sang a song in one episode of Shining Time Station. He currently is the lead singer of the American rock band, Chicago, since 2018.

To commemorate the 20^th anniversary of Thomas and the Magic Railroad he performed a new rendition for Rainbow Sun Productions, premiering on YouTube, on 19 July 2020.
