Neil Anthony Morrissey (born 4 July 1962) is an English actor, businessman, narrator, and television presenter. He is best known for his role as Tony in Men Behaving Badly. He is also known for his roles as Rocky in Boon, deputy head Eddie Lawson in Waterloo Road, and the voice of Bob, Roley, Lofty, Farmer Pickles, and other characters in HiT Entertainment's Bob the Builder.
He narrated the UK trailer of Thomas and the Magic Railroad as well as providing Thomas' voice for it.
