- This is one of two Brazilian DVDs to feature half-hour airing format and coincidentally, these airings appeared in their original English language along with the Portuguese language on this DVD and when aired on Brazilian Television. The airings are Imagination and Navigation. It is also one of a few DVDs to feature the Sodor's Special Places segments as well. The following DVD, Fantasy Island features an additional two tenth series half-hour airing formats.
- The airing Imagination had its credits cut and ended at Roll Call, while Navigation had part of the intro sequence cut. Both were merged together with a fade through effect.
- The nightime sequence were also cut out of the airings on this DVD as well.
- This is the only DVD to feature the US narrations of Sticky Taffy Thomas, Which Way Now? and Thomas and the Shooting Star, though it was released outside of the US.
