- The front cover uses the same artwork as the Hero of the Rails DVD cover art, Because of this, Hiro, Victor and Spencer are seen on the front cover, despite them not appearing in any episodes.
- The back cover features images from the LEGO Thomas Starter Set, the 2009 Hop on Board: Songs and Stories DVD, and the Thomas ride at Drusillas Park.
