Plot
After Percy gets in an accident and ends up with a broken axle, Nia temporarily takes over his mail delivery duties for him - and her mail delivery is even quicker! Percy thinks the replacement is permanent.

- Percy trying to move the beam is similar to Thomas trying to move a beam in the 2005 special, Calling All Engines!.

Goofs
- Annie and Clarabel's ornate patterns are swapped at the beginning of the episode.
- In one shot when Percy is talking to James at the recycling plant, he is missing his funnel.
