Noa Kashpitzki (Hebrew: נועה קשפיצקי, born 17th July 1985) is an Israeli theatre and voice actress who joined the Hebrew voice cast of Thomas & Friends in the twenty second season.
She is also known for voicing Janna Ordonia, Mina Loveberry and various characters in Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Princesses Celestia and Luna in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Peppermint Patty in Peanuts Motion Comics, Makoto Kino (Sailor Jupiter) in Sailor Moon, Izzy from the Total Drama franchise, Cynthia Payne in The Mysteries of Alfred Hedgehog, Manson in Matt's Monsters, Penelope Lang in Atomic Betty, Cassidy in Pokémon Chronicles, Rod Flanders in The Simpsons Movie, Piper from Robots and more.
