Off the Rails is the twenty-first episode of the second series of Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
Plot
Nia must get a huge earth ball from Whiff's Recycling Plant to Norramby Beach but all the rail lines are blocked!

- During the scene where Emily and Sir Topham Hatt are blocked by the sheep. The left front wheels of Emily's coach clip through the sheep heard.
- Some islands, including Sodor, are missing from the Earth ball.
- Several goofs occur during the scene at Wellsworth Crossing:
- Henry incorrectly has Nia's whistle sound.
- Thomas is missing the lining on his bunker.
- Diesel is seen releasing steam from his vents, despite being a diesel engine.
- In one scene during the song, Nia's right cab window is missing.
- In a close up of Thomas backing up, his wheels are moving forward.
- When the Earth ball bounces off Henry, his lamp is missing.
