Oliver's Shed is a small single-road engine shed in Knapford Yards which Oliver sometimes sleeps in. Toad - Oliver's brake van - is also usually kept here when Oliver is using the shed.

In the seventh series, the shed underwent several changes, including:
- The lean-to workshop next to the shed was removed.
- The shed became cream-coloured.
- The shed's walls changed from brick to stone.
- The layout of the yard surrounding the shed was changed.
The model used for the shed building in the fifth series was originally built in the second series as the brick section of Tidmouth Yard Sheds and is also used on several other sets.
