Oliver Böttcher (born in 1971 in Berlin) is a German voice actor, dubbing script writer and voice director who provided voices for the German dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is most recognised for his roles as Izumo Kamizuki and Yashamaru from "Naruto", Russell Ferguson from "Littlest Pet Shop", the title character from the 2000 "Max Steel" series, Elvis Cridlington from "Fireman Sam", Shigeo Umezu from "School Rumble", Lynn Loud Sr. from "The Loud House" and Brandon MacGregor from "Acts of Violence". He was also the dubbing script writer and/or voice director of "Undercover", "Get Blake!", "Power Rangers Beast Morphers", "Urge" and "Field of Lost Shoes".
He was married to Jennifer Böttcher from 1997 to 2001 and their children Selina and Lino Böttcher are also working as voice actors.
