The Tidmouth Painter is a painter who works for the North Western Railway.
Biography[]
Before the Queen's visit to the Island of Sodor, this painter was getting ready to repaint Tidmouth Station's canopy. Henry, who had arrived at the station, released black smoke from his funnel. The smoke caused the painter to not see very well and he fell off his ladder, landing onto a tarpaulin placed on top of Henry's cab. The painter's paint pot fell onto Henry, covering his boiler and cab with white paint. The painter expressed his frustration to Henry before leaving.
