Lyrics[]

There's a celebration at every station
There's a Party Train coming down the line
Let's celebrate! Let's have a good time
It's not too late to join the Party Train
It's filled with fun and joy and laughter
So jump aboard! Hop on the Party Train
There's a celebration at every station
There's a Party Train coming down the line
Let's have a party! Have fun with all our friends
Balloons and dancing, ice cream and party cake
A celebration, so let the fun begin
Everyone is welcome on board the Party Train
There's a celebration at every station
There's a Party Train coming down the line
Everyone make a line
Like you're a train
Blow your whistle
And march in time
Spin those wheels
On the railway track
You're on the Party Train
There's no turning back
There's a celebration at every station
There's a Party Train coming down the line
There's a celebration at every station

Trivia[]

  • This song marks the first of a few things:
  • Rachael Miller provided the backing vocals throughout the song.
  • Versions of the fantasy sequences from Gordon Gets the Giggles and A New Arrival without the steam border or added saturation appear.
  • Aside from edited stock footage, the music video features several newly animated scenes.
  • Thomas breaks the fourth wall at the end of the video, winking at the audience. This is also the second time that Thomas does so, the first being The Official BBC Children in Need Medley.
  • This song was uploaded on the Latin American YouTube channel with a differently arranged instrumental and no vocals.

Edited Scenes[]

Some scenes in this music video reuse animation data from previous media, albeit modified. These include:

  • Sodor's Legend of the Lost Treasure- The cake edited to read "75th" rather than "70th" indicating this song was produced to celebrate the franchise's 75th anniversary.
  • Journey Beyond Sodor- A recreated scene from the beginning of the special with Thomas having his rivets and handrails, the lighting also appears to be different than the original version.
  • Diesel Glows Away - An edited version of the fantasy sequence used in the episode - featuring Thomas in place of Diesel.
