Percy's Party! is a short magazine story puzzle.
Plot
One sunny morning, Percy is sleeping in late. When he awakes, the other engines are nowhere to be seen. Percy rolls outside, but he cannot see anyone anywhere and thinks it is very strange.
Everyone had been getting ready for a surprise and as Percy approaches they all shout "Happy Birthday" to him.
