Percy's Passengers is a 1988 annual story.
Plot
Percy tells James that his guard feels lonely as no one travels in his brake van. However, James scoffs that the guard is not allowed to do so; it is against regulations. But everything changes when two foreign passengers miss their stop and end up at Dryaw. Later, Percy chuffs in with some trucks and the guard gives them a comfortable ride in his brake van.
