Percy's Story! is a magazine story.
Plot
Percy enjoys telling the other engines silly stories, much to their annoyance; he tells Duck about engines that are being glued to walls and Daisy about engines that can be carried in a driver's pocket. Later, when he overhears Sir Topham Hatt discussing plans for an important job, Percy misunderstands and assumes he means a single train being pulled by all the railway's engines. The other engines dismiss this as one of Percy's usual pranks, and it eventually turns out that the train was only to be double-headed by Mavis and Percy. During their journey, Mavis breaks down in a dark tunnel, and Percy makes up a story about Edward saving Duck to cheer her up.
