Percy is a rhyming magazine story.
Plot
One day, Percy has to go to the windmill. Once he is there, Percy's driver looks up at the sky and sees that it looks like snow. The miller begs to differ and says it is going to rain and he lends the driver a tarpaulin to keep it off Percy's load. Then Percy feels a shower, but it is not rain or snow; it is a storm of stone-ground flour.
