Percy Takes the Plunge is a magazine story based on the second series episode of the same name.
Plot
Percy tells Bill and Ben about the time he had to brave bad weather to help Thomas. Henry then arrives at the shed and sends Bill and Ben away. Later, Thomas warns Percy about the danger sign on the quay. Percy takes no notice and he asks the trucks to bump him at the quay. They do so when they get there and Percy ends up sliding past the board and into the sea. He isn't rescued until high tide and is sent to the Works next day on Henry's goods train.
