Percy to the Rescue is a book.
Plot
Percy is taking some children back home after a day at the beach. However, it begins to rain hard and Percy soon gets stuck in a flood. His wheels are cold and his fire goes out, but his fireman is able to light his fire again. Percy puffs home safely and the Fat Controller calls him a Really Useful Engine.
