Pizza Picnic Problem is the thirteenth episode of the third series of Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
Plot
Thomas is in the Vicarstown park, entertaining Percy by making shapes with his steam, when Emily arrives pulling her coach with Sir Topham Hatt in it. Sir Topham Hatt tells Thomas and Percy that the Lollakazoos, a kazoo orchestra from the Mainland, are coming to Sodor to perform. Nia arrives with a flatbed of kazoos, and Kana is expected to arrive with the Lollakazoos themselves. However, when Kana arrives, the Lollakazoos are not inside her coach, because they accidentally boarded a cruse ship when Bulstrode was supposed to take them to Sodor.
Sir Topham Hatt refers to the result of these events as a disaster, but when Thomas reassures him that the problem can be solved with creativity, Nia suggests a picnic because they are in the park. Percy suggests bringing pizza to the picnic, an idea that people nearby immediately cheer for. For dessert, Sir Topham Hatt suggests pineapple upside-down cake, before confidently announcing that the kazoo concert will be replaced by a 'pizza and pineapple upside-down cake picnic in the park'. Everyone announces their plans to help prepare for the picnic.
Thomas and Percy leave to get ingredients for the pizzas. First, they collect flour from the mill to make the dough, and then, at McColl farm, they collect tomatoes to make the sauce, followed by cheese. In the next scene, Sir Topham Hatt and Emily are waiting at the Peel Godred Bakery while Reginald the baker loads the cakes onto a flatbed, using a chute leading down from the building. Thomas and Percy arrive with the pizza ingredients, but Reginald does not prepare the pizzas efficiently.
When Thomas is thinking of a way for more than one pizza to be cooked at a time, he sees Gordon passing with a flatbed of bricks and asks him if he can take some. Gordon says that the bricks on his flatbed are needed for the sea wall at Harwick, but lets Thomas know about some bricks at Whiff's Recycling Plant. Accompanied by Percy, Thomas picks up the bricks from Whiff's Recycling Plant, which are already on a flatbed. Thomas couples up to the flatbed with Bruno behind him and goes to the Peel Godred Bakery.
Carly and Sandy arrive at the bakery, and use the bricks to build a new pizza oven, which proves to be able to cook a large number of pizzas quickly. Everyone leaves for the Vicarstown park - Emily pulls her coach with Sir Topham Hatt in it and Bruno coupled behind, Thomas pulls the pizzas and Percy pulls the cakes. However, when Thomas and Percy go over some bumpy track, their pizzas and cakes get bumped into the air and fall on top of each other because they had not been secured on the flatbeds.
The others are waiting in the Vicarstown park, and Sir Topham Hatt congratulates Nia and Kana for letting the townsfolk know about the picnic. Thomas and Percy arrive with the pizzas and cakes, and to Sir Topham Hatt's shock, they have all fallen on top of each other. However, the cakes contain pineapple slices, and Bruno mentions that some people like pineapple on pizza, so Sir Topham Hatt tries them together and likes the combination. The other people in the park try the rest of the pizza-covered cakes, and Percy confidently announces that the kazoo concert has been turned into a 'pineapple upside down pizza picnic'.

- When Thomas is talking to Gordon, his number briefly flips.
- When Emily first pulls up next to Thomas and Percy, the rear balcony railing of her coach is clipping through its body.
- When Nia pulls up alongside Emily's Coach, its rear balcony railing is missing.
- When Thomas, Percy and Bruno arrive at Peel Godred with the bricks, steam emulates from out Thomas' whistle, but no sound is heard.
- When Thomas and Percy start rolling over the bumpy track, their wheels do not turn.
