Pop Goes the Diesel is a magazine story based on the episode of the same name from the second series of the television series.
Plot[]
A new diesel engine arrives and Duck is asked to show him around. Diesel boasts about being revolutionary, much to Duck's annoyance. Later Diesel tries to move some trucks, but they won't move. One of the trucks' brakes snap and Diesel is cross. While clearing the mess, the trucks sing rudely at him.
