Push 'n' Go was a Thomas & Friends toy range released by Tomy. They would move forward when the driver's head is pressed down. A similar range was later released by Fisher-Price under the name Press & Go.

Trivia
- In an interview during the production of Thomas and the Magic Railroad, Peter Fonda mentioned that his grandson had a "Thomas toy that would move if Mr. Conductor was pressed down", most likely referring to the Push 'n' Go range.
- However, it is not Mr. Conductor that is pressed down on the actual toy, it is meant to be Thomas' driver.
