Raúl Anaya (born September 23rd 1967) is a Mexican voice actor who provides voices in the Mexican dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is also known for being the voice of Moseby in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and The Suite Life on Deck, Dr. Crowler in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, and Mantis de Kung Fu Panda.
