The Rescue Centre Branch Line is a branch line off of the Brendam Branch Line leading to the Sodor Search and Rescue Centre.

Between Suddery and Lower Suddery is a junction where a line goes past the Eagle of the Mountains and the Sodor Maritime Museum. As it reaches the Sodor Search and Rescue Centre, the line splits two ways: one line goes to the Sodor Search and Rescue Centre and continues into the tunnel to Misty Island, while the other crosses a high bridge behind the Rescue Centre and continues west. The line from here passes Diesel 10's Mountain before curving north and ending at Rainbow Ridge.
