Responsibility, also known as Happy and Sad or What Makes an Engine Happy, is the last song from the tenth series, dedicated to the feelings of happiness and sadness.

This song was released in theatres in the US on Thomas and Friends on the Big Screen on 8 September 2007.
There is an instrumental of the short version on the China DVD Sing-a-Long 4 DVD.
The song never mentions responsibility.

Goofs

A question mark is put every time the line "What makes an engine happy" is shown. Even though in the second line is not a question, as the next line says "Won't make an engine sad".
