During Thomas' journey around the world, he and Nia travelled through the city while transporting a goods train full of coffee beans to San Francisco Docks.
Thomas later revisited the city when he returned to Brazil, where he would go on to start the carnival after bringing some Batucada players to the city when their train did not arrive.
