Ryō Horikawa (堀川 りょう), born Makoto Horikawa (堀川 亮, 1 February 1958 in Osaka, Japan) is a Japanese voice actor who was formerly affiliated with Aoni Production and voiced characters in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends. On 1 June 2004, Horikawa was now affiliated with his self-founded Aslead Company.
He is most recognised as the voice of Vegeta from the "Dragon Ball" franchise and Captain Falcon from the "F-Zero" and "Super Smash Bros." game series.
