Shinichi Ishihara (石原 慎一, born on 26th May 1960 in Yamanashi Prefecture) is a Japanese singer and voice actor who provides voices for the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is most famous for performing the theme songs and several insert tracks for several series, such as "Guyver", "Kamen Rider Agito" and " "Kyukyu Sentai GoGo-V". He also performed all the songs for Juukou B-Fighter.
He also voiced King Louie from Disney's "The Jungle Book" and Hubie from "The Pebble and the Penguin".
