Shinichiro Kamio (神尾 晋一郎, born in Hokkaido on 13 January 1982) is a Japanese actor who joined the Japanese voice cast of Thomas & Friends in the twentieth series. He would later go on to voice Harold in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
