Shinobu Adachi (安達 忍, born on 7th April 1958 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese voice actress who provided voices for the Japanese dub of Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
She is best known for voicing Rachel Green from "Friends", Todd Flanders from "The Simpsons", Janine Melnitz from "The Real Ghostbusters", Drizella Tremaine from the "Disney's Cinderella" series, Bobbie from the "Open Season" films, Daryl Cavendish from "Little Witch Academia" and Jean Grey from "X-Men: The Animated Series".
