Plot
The Winter Is Coming
Winter is coming to Sodor and all steam engines need to get their snowploughs mounted on. Thomas is not happy about this. "But the weather it still fine!" he believes - and gets stuck in the first snowdrift. The Fat Controller sends him to get his snowplough fixed and now Thomas has to keep all the lines clear from snow. He does the job so well that the other engines plan a surprise for him.
Surprises In Ice And Snow
What is up with the other engines? Everyone is gossiping behind Thomas' back. No one wants to tell him what they are talking about. Thomas feels left out and puffes out into the cold by himself. Emily is very worried! Helicopter Harold is send to look for him to finally reveal the surprise.

Trivia
- The stories are based on the eighth series episodes Thomas, Emily and the Snowplough, Don't Tell Thomas and Gordon Takes Charge. Unlike in the other audiobooks, the stories do not merge into each other but rather play successively.
- "Don't Tell Thomas" is split into two parts.
- At one point, Henry refers to Thomas as "Tommy".
- When Percy is talking to Sir Topham Hatt, he accidentally calls him "Fat Controller" before correcting himself by saying "Sir".
- Despite being mentioned and his voice actor being credited, Edward does not speak.
Goofs
- Andreas von der Meden's name is misspelt "v. d. Mehden" and Clarabel's as "Clarabelle".
