Sodor Poster Colours, also known as the Paint Works, is a factory positioned near a river on Thomas' Branch Line. Once, some barrels of paint spilled into the river, turning the water various colours. The factory has their own red lorry.
It appeared in the 2003 magazine story, Surprise, Surprise!
