Trivia

• While not officially confirmed, it is possible this quarry is meant to be Ffarquhar Quarry, given that they both share the same set as of the CGI series. It being made a different quarry may have been a retcon made in 2014 by railway consultant Sam Wilkinson.
  • It is equally likely, however, that the two were intended to be separate quarries and the slate quarry's set design was later erroneously carried over to Ffarquhar Quarry, as it is notably different from that consistently used for Ffarquhar Quarry from the eighth to eleventh series.
• Since Thomas and Diesel bashed 'Arry and Bert through the back of the shed, it now has rails running straight through it.
