Steven Elford (born 13 May 1973 in Truro, Cornwall, England, UK) is an English-born Canadian animation/visual effects artist, former model maker and puppeteer. He was the CG Supervisor of Thomas & Friends at Nitrogen Studios for all seasons and specials. He also worked as a Layout Supervisor for the twelfth series.
He now works for Rainmaker Entertainment (previously MainFrame) as Vice President of Creative Technology, working on the new "Bob the Builder" and "Barbie" films. He has also worked for Aardman Productions, Vanguard Animation and Disney, along with other projects.
