Takaya Kuroda (黒田 崇矢, born 17 April 1965) is a Japanese voice actor who voices characters in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is best known for voicing Lin and Ron from "The King of Fighters", Spectre from "Batman: The Brave and the Bold", Saiki from "Viper's Creed", Darcia from "Wolf's Rain", Kazuma Kiryu from the "Yakuza" series, Starscream from "Transformers: Cybertron", and Johnny Rico from "Starship Troopers".
